DOS: Dad, is that a coyote on your shirt?

DH: No, it's a lion.

DOS: It doesn't look like a lion.

DH: Well, it's just his head. And it's stylized. It's a symbol.

DOS: Symbol? What's a symbol?

RCH: A symbol is a picture or word that means something else.

DOS: Like a musical instrument that goes *CRASH!*

RCH: Well, they sound the same, but that's a different kind of cymbal.

DOS: Yeah. It's a yellow kind.
