This is where I live! It's the cleanest and prettiest it's ever been, lol. I really, really hope it doesn't have to stay on its best behavior for long. Somebody please come buy this house so my toddlers can relax! :-P

Btw, I like your pics waaaay better than the ones the agent took for the MLS listing. Email him yours. Some people have a better eye for what looks good in the camera--and your eye is definately better than his!

If I was moving to Texas I would *totally* buy your house. Sorry I'm not moving to Texas. I hope someone snaps it up soon though! EEK! You and your kids don't need the stress! I hate keeping the house "show-worthy". BLEH.
(BTW, Dana is very excited that you have the same potty at your house. She is very fond of her Pooh step stool.)
